Reporting forum

Can we get a forum setup for reporting discussions?

Thank you for the suggestion, and it is definitely something we will consider.  As it stands now, we have the Developer board but no other discussion boards dedicated to non-developer type discussions related to using basic functions within our inContact suite (such as the reporting tool).  So maybe instead of a board dedicated only to reporting, perhaps a new board with a broader focus on inContact would be helpful. 

 

Any thoughts?

Sure, that would be fine.  I would like to be able to 'speak' customer to customer to get others ideas on what they are using to run their business and how they are using InContact to address business problems.  Sometimes customers have some great solutions that they have come up with.

Thanks again for your great suggestion, and as a result I have created a new discussion board entitled "Workforce Optimization (WFO) with inContact."  I also moved the other thread you started on "reporting" to this new board.  I hope this new board proves to be useful for you.
