Does anyone have a good recipe for garlic mashed potatoes?

Use purple potatoes (or blue if you can't get purple).  They are sweeter and far more tasty then regular potatoes, quite aside from looking way cool and having the same anti-oxidants that blueberries have but in larger quantities.
