That's right, inContact-ers, our national pastime is right around the corner - about 2 and a half weeks from when I post this, pitchers and catchers will be reporting to major league camps.

Anybody else excited?

I won't be excited about baseball again until MLB institutes a salary cap and creates parity in the league.  The big spending clubs have an unfair advantage over the small market/budget clubs.  IMHO.

Well I am not a big baseball guy when it comes to watching, but I like to play. Our COO, Scott Welch is a big baseball guy, and my father in-law is a big baseball guy.  I used to live in Phoenix where a lot of clubs do their spring training.  Every once in while, you would see a guy who had been out 'sick' come in to work with his face all sunburned and big white rings around his eyes where his sunglasses had been - spring training had struck!
