(Last Update: January 14, 2009)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: inContact Community Forums (“ICF”) is provided by inContact, subject to this Terms of Service agreement, together with InContact's Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Agreement"), govern your use of ICF. The User Guidelines, as well as Terms and Conditions, in this Agreement describe the proper kinds of conduct and prohibited uses of ICF. These terms are not exhaustive and InContact reserves the right to modify them at any time, effective upon posting of the modified terms on ICF or on inContact’s website. By registering as a user or using ICF, you agree to abide by these terms as modified from time to time. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your right to access ICF.

User Guidelines
Welcome to InContact Community Forums (ICF), where inContact users and developers can discuss various topics, resolve issues, ask questions, find tips, seek advice, and more.
ICF is moderated by inContact staff, however please note that it is not an official technical support channel. You can get technical support by calling 800-826-8028, or by sending an email to inContactTechSupport@inContact.com.
We want ICF to be informative and cordial. As a result, we have established the following user guidelines for these forums:
REGISTRATION
Anyone can browse ICF, but you are required to register in order to post messages and adjust your user settings. Registration requires you to enter personal information, which will be handled in accordance with the inContact Privacy Policy.
In consideration of your use of ICF, you agree that all information provided in your profile is accurate, true, current and complete. inContact may terminate your account if any of the information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, out of date, or incomplete.
We may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a login ID (or email address) that is already being used by someone else, impersonates another person, belongs to another person (without his or her prior consent), violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or that inContact rejects for any other reason at our sole discretion.
All inContact employees are encouraged to participate in forum discussions, and are required to live by the same community guidelines as all other ICF members.
HOW TO UN-REGISTER
To request that your account be cancelled, email your cancellation request with your login ID to ProductManagement@inContact.com. Upon receipt of your request, InContact will disable your account and you will no longer be able to login. Cancellation of your account will not remove postings you have made in the past.
MODERATION
ICF is monitored and moderated by inContact technical staff members who can greatly inform the conversation.
The goal of ICF moderation is to keep the forums informative and cordial. It is not our intent to limit discussion, suppress points of view, or promote any specific agenda. inContact shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to edit, move, lock, or delete any post which is inaccurate or that we deem to be inappropriate or disruptive to the community, or ban any member at our sole discretion.
Also, ICF Moderators will likely read through all threads and posts, however we rely on ICF members like you to alert us to questionable (though not necessarily abusive) posting behavior.
COMMUNITY LEADERS
inContact may identify certain ICF members as Leaders who set a positive example and have provided helpful and constructive advice. However, this designation does not imply any endorsement of this member or this member’s postings. The opinions and advice provided by Leaders and all other members are their own, and any content posted is the sole responsibility of the Leader or member who posted it.
BE CORDIAL
Everyone wants to have a positive experience while on ICF, and these forums are designed to build a thriving community. We encourage discussions, debates and even arguments, but please share your thoughts in a cordial and constructive manner.
Therefore, do not post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, insulting, rude, inflammatory, sarcastic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, abusive, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties.
Do not spam, advertise, solicit, or campaign.
STAY ON TOPIC AND BE INFORMATIVE
Please read the content of the posting carefully before responding, and stick to the original topic of the thread. If you have a suggestion or comment that is on a different topic, please start a new thread within the appropriate forum.
Please feel free to respond to any post where you think you can add value, but keep in mind that incorrect, misleading or incomplete responses do not help other users.
When making a post, please post it ONCE in the most appropriate forum category that fits the topic of your post. If the topic is relevant to more than one forum, pick the best fit or most specific forum and post it only ONCE.
Sometimes threads are posted to the wrong forum, so periodically it is necessary for us to move threads to the proper location. There is no time limit on moving threads to the most appropriate forum.
BE CAREFUL
Most people are happy to help out on ICF, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong to you, do not follow it. You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
Please do not include personal information in your posts, including but not limited to name, physical address, age, phone number, credit card information, and email address (spam bots pick these up). If any user asks you for personal information, do not provide it.
HAVE FUN
As much as we want ICF to be both informative and cordial, we also hope that it will be fun for you to offer solutions and gain new insights.
We appreciate all our ICF members.
