AgentInfo

I see that there is a icon called AgentInfo that seems to correspond to the Agent Properties tab in webManager.  There doesn't seem to be an F1 help page for this programming block, but it looks like you can only read values from scripts. 

 

Is there any way to set these fields from scripts?

 

I was also wondering if there was any built in reporting on these fields from either inTouch or callDetail?  It would be nice to have the ability to run agent reports based on supervisor for instance.  Maybe NG does this natively.

Right now, it doesn't seem that there is a way to update them programmatically (scripting or otherwise).

 

Also, there are no native reports built that utilize these fields as filters.  Custom reports may be an option.
