I'm doing a bunch of very active development for the next couple months and figured it was a good time to post the gotchas as I came across them anew. Mayeb this can make it's way into the new docs they're authoring, too. So here's the first!
GOTCHA
When uploading a WAV file to replace an existing WAV file and then test, you may here the old WAV instead of the new one. This is a problem with caching on inContact's servers, tho tech support says it isn't as bad as it used to be <grin>
FIX
Call inContact tech support and have them flush the server caches.
