I want to record some prompts using Prompt Manager but I sit behind a PBX without DID numbers and my cell phone is pretty poor. Is there a way to either dial in or put "Ps" in the dialing string (like the Hays Command Set) to dial the number, pause, pause....then dial the extension?

There is currently no way to dial into the Prompt Manager to get in and record your prompts and you are also unable to add a pause to the field where you enter your phone number. A possible work around option that is available would be to create a simple script and use a Record that will create the file. Simply enter the file name in the record exactly as it appears in the Play/Menu action you are recording for. Assign this new script to a test toll free. Dial in and record your prompt. If you are recording multiple prompts simply change the name in the record to the new prompt, save the script and call it again. You could also add a Menu at the end of the record that could give you the option to listen to the file or record it again.
