Using Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic) with Wine 1.1.31 and winetricks, I managed to get the inContact apps running!

Check out the screenshots.  Most cool!

All functionality appears to be present and working - reporting from inTouch, calls from myAgent, and script editing for inControl!

In the PLAY properties editor, the List View tab textarea is missing (buttons still work).  I usually use the Standard View tab myself, so not a big deal for me, but may annoy some.  Prompt assistant and prompt manager work, tho I had to switch to View By Filename before I could get playback.

If you save the script, the PLAY properties "List View" works.  Don't ask me why, tho!
