myAgent on a mobile device

bgrabow's post raises a really interesting question, for me - is there any way to run myAgent on a mobile device? I don't know if .NET is available on a Windows phone, as as far as I know none of our staff have one, but all of us have smartphones of one kind or another.  The ability to use myAgent on the phone itself would be a huge plus!  Especially given if we have a network outage we can still let inContact's servers know that we can still receive calls.  After all, even if our landlines and internet connection go down, cells could still take over the job!

So...any change of any sort of myAgent functionality being available as a phone app?  Even just being able to log in and make yourself available would be huge...

Re: myAgent on a mobile device

The current architecture does not support a mobile MyAgent.

However, the Next Generation architecture does not have a fat client MyAgent.  It is web based.  In theory, since it is browser based, it should be able to work on a 3G phone.
